Jett Landry: The Fierce Warrior is coming soon!

For those of you who have read Jett Landry: The Fuse and Jett Landry: Urban Legend, thank you. And to those who have left a review, thank you as well! I appreciate the support and the feedback on these books.

Yesterday I did a read through of the current draft of the third book in the Jett Landry Saga: The Fierce Warrior. So far so good. It has emotion, action, relationships, suspense… pretty much what you expect from a Jett Landry novel and a lot of twists and turns along the way. It’s gonna be an intense adventure. I’m excited about this novel, but there is still a lot of work ahead. I’m making revisions before I send it to the editor and Beta Readers. Soon Micky and I will sit down to talk about the cover art. So it’s in the works and I can’t wait to get it to out there for you to read.

After The Fierce Warrior, there will be a new series of Jett Landry stories in the Port City universe. We’re just getting started and there are a lot of stories to tell.

Please tell your friends about The Jett Landry Saga. Leave a review if you’ve read the book, both here and on Amazon. Follow me here to keep up with the latest Jett Landry news. An Early Sketch of Jett Landry

Artwork by Micky Mitchell

An early sketch of Jett Landry from The Fuse. This is one of my favorite images of Jett. In Jett Landry: The Fuse, Jett practices her karate to Spanish Guitar music to develop a rhythm to her combinations and to stay emotionally balanced. This helped her prepare for karate tournaments. Jett consistently won karate championships for competitors with Black Belts. The fury and speed of her strikes and kicks combined with the rhythm of her combinations overwhelmed her competitors. I imagine this image is her taking a break during her workout.

Jett Landry: Urban Legend: Volume 2 in the Jett Landry Saga by Stephan Oak

Thrilling… and impossible to put down.

Oak pumps new life into familiar action thriller trope in his second Jett Landry Saga, featuring the troubled vigilante Jett Landry. It’s been four years since Jett lost her parents, the pair of the infamous private detectives Marcus Jackson and his partner Ashley Garcia, to a shootout. Still reeling from tragedy, Jett leads a lonely existence in downtown Port City. When a lone vigilante begins to wreak havoc on human traffickers in the county north of Port City, Mike Krayton Sr., the Regional Director for the Port City Region and right-hand man of the charismatic “Governor” of the new Texas Republic, is convinced it is Jett, but taking the lone warrior down is not as easy as it seems. Oak expertly builds tension, balancing Jett’s inner turmoil with her quest to clean the Port City of human traffickers. Oak’s steady escalation of the risks and personal tragedies that Jett faces, and her courage in the face of relentless harrowing circumstances along with her ability to outthink and outgun the scores of dangerous criminals on her trail, make her a memorable heroine. The secondary characters, including Diana, Melinda, Mike among others are equally convincing. Blood-soaked battles add to the thrill, and the concrete plotting and precise prose keep readers flipping pages. The novel’s tone is dark and melancholy which suits Jett’s tragic circumstances. Loaded on action as well as emotions, this swiftly-paced action thriller argues that even the most vicious battles with criminals are less harrowing than the struggles within the psyche. This is a winner.

Cover Art Concept for Jett Landry: Urban Legend

Urban Legend is coming soon. Artist Micky Mitchell is working on the cover art. Above I’ve attached a cropped version of the cover. I don’t want to give it all away too soon.

The cover will feature two important characters in Urban Legend. Jett Landry (right) and Melinda Brown (left). Jett and Melinda are best friends. In Urban Legend their friendship continues amidst an adventure the likes of which neither Jett nor Melinda could have anticipated. This image portrays the characteristics Melinda and Jett bring to the story. Micky is doing an amazing job of bringing these characters to life and giving you a glimpse of what you can expect without giving the story away.

Jett Landry: Urban Legend is coming soon to Amazon. It’s gonna be a wild ride.
